Interior Painting vs Exterior Painting
We provide free quotes based on an on-site visit. After a short inspection, our estimate takes into account the condition of the existing paint and the prep work required for us to start re-painting the existing surface. That means that we look at the surface for any loose caulking, holes that might need to be patched and any debris that will need to be washed.
Once we email you the quote, the price will be good for thirty days. We require fifty percent payment upfront in order for us to buy the paint and materials. We will add you to our schedule and will reach out to you with updates if there are any changes. We do painting year-round but because of the seasonality of the business, we are much busier during spring and summer months. During those months, we prioritize exterior projects as the weather is better suited for that. We switch to mainly doing interior painting during fall and winter months as the cold temperatures are not suited for exterior paint work.
On the day that your job is scheduled, we will come with a crew to power wash and clean your entire exterior. If we are doing interior work, we will start masking and taping off all the trim and areas that are not being painted. Depending on the size of the project, we will start painting and can expand over a period of a few days until we finish.
Finally, once we are done with our work, we have you inspect the final results. If there are any touch-ups needed, we make sure to fix them so that you are satisfied!
